Amy has a passion for health and wellness and brings that perspective to her work as a real estate professional. Through firsthand experience with serious mold issues, she understands the importance of considering a home’s history and being mindful of conditions that may contribute to moisture-related concerns.

That experience has given her a heightened awareness when touring properties with clients, particularly when it comes to a home’s history of water intrusion, drainage concerns, and other moisture-related conditions. When these concerns arise during the general home inspection, Amy can connect her clients with qualified professionals who provide the appropriate evaluation and guidance.

Amy also has experience working with real estate investors in both short-term and long-term rentals, giving her an additional perspective when considering a property’s condition, potential, and long-term value.

Outside of real estate, Amy is a proud mom of two and loves spending time with her children, husband, and Goldendoodle. Her passion for healthy living naturally carries into her real estate career, where she enjoys helping families make informed, thoughtful decisions about one of the most important environments in their lives—their home.
