Meet Kellen
Hi, I’m Kellen Davis — a North Carolina native, husband, and proud father of three. After
spending years in the fast-paced DC area, I decided to relocate to South Carolina in 2021 in
search of a more balanced and relaxed lifestyle.
I’ve dedicated nearly 20 years to serving in the federal government, but throughout that
journey, I’ve always had a strong passion for real estate. Now, I’m excited to take that passion
to the next level as I begin my journey in the industry, eager to learn, grow, and gain as much
knowledge as possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors — whether it’s exercising, traveling, or
exploring new places and experiences.
